MANSARD
A Mansard Loft conversion is most commonly built on the rear of a property and alters the slope of your existing roof creating an almost straight 72 Degrees. Windows are then placed across the roof as small sizes dormer or in some cases a Juliet balcony. With this type of loft conversion it opens up a large amount of space in the loft area usually making it so multiple rooms can be supported within.
